Class Logic's WhatsApp integration is now live. Education centres can send digital handbook messages — lesson notes, homework assignments and reminders — directly to parents' and students' WhatsApp.
Why This Matters
Parents are already on WhatsApp. It's where they chat with friends, family and their children's schools. When lesson updates arrive there instead of buried inside an app, they're seen and acted on faster.
How It Works
For Centre Staff
When you update a student's digital handbook — adding lesson notes, homework or photos — you can choose to send a WhatsApp notification to the parent. One tap, and the update is delivered.
For Parents
Parents receive a WhatsApp message with the lesson update. They can read it immediately, see any attached photos, and reply if they have questions — all without leaving WhatsApp.
The best parent communication happens where parents already are — not where you hope they'll check.

Getting Started
The WhatsApp integration is available to all Class Logic centres. No additional setup is needed — just update your digital handbook as usual and tap the WhatsApp send option.
